The person we’re looking for

We’re looking for a kick-ass, creative Senior UX Designer to join our North American team.

Job Overview.

You will be expected to help lead UX projects. This includes thorough design research, the creation of polished project deliverables, and providing strong conceptual thinking in response to a design brief.

We value teamwork and encourage professional development, and as a member of our team we’d look to you to share your knowledge in best practices and inspiration, while also being eager to learn from other members of the team.

You will have client facing opportunities during the course of a project and should be able to articulate and defend your design choices to the client. Most importantly, your role in developing and maintaining strong positive relationships with our clients is essential.

Requirements.

  • Proven 4 years full-time industry experience as a UX designer (must)
  • Portfolio that we can access
  • Must have at minimum a 3-hour overlap with Toronto EDT timezone
