The person we’re looking for
We’re looking for an experienced product designer who shares our excitement for beautifully crafted digital experiences that have a positive impact on people’s lives. You’ll work collaboratively with the Athlon Studio team and clients to solve complex design problems. You’re an expert in tools like Figma, care about the detail, the nuance of type setting, colour, and spacing. You always focus on helping your project team get things done and have a proactive attitude towards producing great design.
Job Overview.
As an Product Experience Designer you are a key person in our team, you will be the primary designer working on large and small-scale projects across the company, leveraging your strong visual design skills and meticulous attention to detail in crafting impactful UI experiences.
We value teamwork and encourage professional development, and as a member of our team we’d look to you to share your knowledge in best practices and inspiration, while also being eager to learn from other members of the team.
You will have client facing opportunities during the course of a project and should be able to articulate and defend your design choices to the client.

Requirements.
• Proven 2+ years product design experience, full-time industry experience
• Strong conceptual design thinking
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Experience designing digital experiences for web, desktop, mobile, ect.
• Knowledge of all aspects of design including conceptual thinking, typography, and motion design
• Must have at minimum a 3-hour overlap with New York EST timezone
